WEEK 11

DON'T WRITE THEM OFF by D.X.Pert
The Kitchener Howlers won the World
Series last season. This year, they started 3-5 but you could see they
deserved a better record, after all, they were scoring lots of points. Now,
after three straight wins, they are just one game away from the top spot in
the division and they are the top scoring team in the league. How are they
doing it? Small ball. Lots of at bats, walks and speed. And they have good
arms in the bullpen. If they manage to make the playoffs, they'll be a
dangerous team. |
